Iron Skillet Buffet Attendant

Our team is looking to add successful talent to our kitchen staff.  Our Buffet Attendants have an important role as they ensure the presentation of our buffets meet our customer’s expectations.

Job Duties:

• Prepare, season and cook breakfast entrees for buffet
• Prepare dinner entrees and vegetables for dinner buffet
• Assist salad prep in upkeep and stocking of salad bar
• Check prep production sheets to determine the items on the Buffet for that day
• Prep items that need to be started for next day
• Responsible for keeping working area, kitchen utensils and equipment clean throughout production and leaving clean for next shift
